- No visitor drives.We won't plug USB sticks or drives brought in from outside into our systems. Virus protection isn't negotiable. Buy a fresh one from us if you need one.

How much does it cost?+
£150 + VAT per hour, minimum booking is 2 hours (so £300 + VAT to start). You can extend up to 8 hours in the same day. Everything — producer, cameras, mics, lighting, cloud upload — is included.
What's your cancellation policy?+
Bookings must be confirmed and fully paid a minimum of 7 days before your recording date. Cancellations 21+ days before the recording: full refund. Between 21 and 7 days before: 50% cancellation fee. Inside 7 days of your recording: no refund.
How early should I arrive?+
Aim for 10–15 minutes before your slot. Your booked time starts on the clock — arriving late shortens your session, not extends it.
Can you edit and publish the episode for me?+
Yes — but that's a separate service and we'll quote you after the session, based on what you actually recorded. The base booking covers the room and the raw files.
Do you host or interview?+
No. This studio is set up to protect your personal brand — you're the voice, we're the crew.
